Sunday brunch & a lesson in listening


Egg scramble with shell (washed), coconut oil, paprika and O Organics Frozen Quinoa with Zucchini and Sweet Potato Blend. Mixed with ripe banana and parrot topper (flax, chia & pepita seeds, oats, unsweetened coconut, cinnamon and Zupreem).

We girls need our calcium, vitamin D & vitamin A!

Yesterday, as I was leaving the house, something didn’t feel right. I couldn’t put my finger on it. I walked into the hallway and smelled my roommates’ variety of fragrances. In my hurry to start my day I forgot to be careful keeping my door to the hallway closed. I went back to Claire’s room and turned the air filter on and put a towel under her door. She thanked me by wiggling with excitement and sending me air kisses. #slowdown #listentothebirds
