Birdie Bread a la Microwave


I made birdie bread in the microwave! 😃 It’s so good, if I hadn’t tossed the eggshells in, I would eat it!

Ingredients: oats, flax seeds, chia seeds, cinnamon, Nutriberries, dandelion greens, sweet potato, blueberries, 2 eggs with crushed shells, unsweetened almond milk, agave nectar, cinnamon apple sauce, dash of salt.

Combine dry ingredients. In a separate bowl, combine wet ingredients. Mix together. Pour into a square Pyrex greased with plant butter. Microwave on high for 10 minutes. 😋
